Our college is a private unaided institution affiliated to the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

As per the provisions of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005, affiliation to a university does not automatically classify a private college as a Public Authority under Section 2(h) of the Act.

Accordingly, the RTI Act is directly applicable to the University of Rajasthan and other statutory/government bodies. Information that falls within the jurisdiction of these authorities should be sought from them as per RTI provisions.

Institutional Information Facilitation Committee

To promote transparency, responsiveness, and ease of access to permissible institutional information, the College has constituted an Institutional Information Facilitation Committee.

This committee assists students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders in obtaining information available within college records and guides them to the appropriate authority when required.
