One day workshop was organized in collaboration with the Krishna Chandra Foundation, aimed at HIV/AIDS prevention among affected women on the occasion of International Women's Day 2024. Principal honored 50 resilient women affected by HIV/AIDS and provided nutritious food to infected women, demonstrating outstanding contribution towards national and social welfare. Mrs. Mona Balani, President of the organization, honored Dr. Rita Jain with a token of appreciation for her exemplary work. The Assistant Director of Youth Affairs at the Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, Mrs. Garima Bhati, also supported the program, which was successfully conducted with the assistance of Mrs. Gajaraj Kanwar.
On 26th February 2024 'Entrepreneurship Club' organized 'one day experimental MBA workshop' for apropos teamwork, leadership, time management, and directions about an innovative thought process. Dr. Sumit Agarwal, Mr. Avinash Dixit, and Mrs. Preeti Gupta from JIMS, Jaipur, trained the students through various case studies and product development tasks.
On 20th December, 2023 a sewing machine demonstration session was undertaken for the B. Design (for Fashions) students by Mr. Anand Pareek from Singer India Limited, Jaipur.They were taught to create different stitches, finishes, embroidery and create various effects on various fabrics. It ended with a question and answer session.
On 26th-27th October 2023, a two-day Workshop was organized by Department of Painting and Brush Club wherein the creation of diverse kinds of decorative items like lamps, shubh-labh, bandanwar, wall hanging etc. was instructed by Mrs. Chandniji through Pidilight company.
On 5th October 2023, UNICEF, Jaipur in association with Red Ribbon Club and Department of Home Science organized a one day peer training workshop on adolescence crucial health issues like HIV AIDS, Hepatitis B and Menstrual hygiene under the direction of Dr. Somya Thakan, Public Health Expert, UNICEF, Jaipur.
On 19th and 20th January, 2024, two days National Seminar was organized on “National Education Policy-Opportunities and Challenges in Higher Education”, sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) to focus on NEP- 2020 and to create a knowledgeable, skillful, socially conscious, and intelligent nation. Chief guest Prof. Dev Swarup, Vice Chancellor, Vishwakarma Skill University, Jaipur, Guest of honor, Prof. G.P. Singh, Nodal officer, NEP committee, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Invited speaker, Prof. Gurudutta P. Japee, Head, Department of Advance Business study and Deputy Director, IQAC, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad were the persons who enlighten the participants. Approximately 50 research papers were presented and there were 400 participants.
On 27th September, 2023 the Department of Computer Science conducted a seminar to provide information on technical courses and scholarship programs of R-CAT by Mr. Yuvraj Udawat and his team members.
On 26th September, 2023 a seminar on "Women's empowerment, financial skill enhancement motivational and informative literacy” was organized under the banner of Excellence Global Skill, a training and development organization. Mr Manoj Kumar, an experienced corporate trainer emphasized on the importance of savings and ways of enhancing financial literacy.
On 11th December, 2023, Department of Chemistry organized a Guest Lecture on “NMR Spectroscopy” to understand the Importance and applications of Spectroscopy. Speaker Dr. Amit Sharma, Assistant Professor, University of Rajasthan very well explained the basics and principles of NMR Spectroscopy.
On 6th September, 2023 ‘The Literature Club' organized a guest lecture on "Multiple Career options in English Language and Literature" for the holistic development of the students. The keynote speaker, Mr. Nirveg Sharma, a well-known coach and soft skills trainer, provided a comprehensive knowledge on career opportunities to the students.
From 4th to 9th December, 2023 on ‘World Human Rights Day’ a lecture was organized by National Service Scheme (NSS) to create awareness on sexual abuse.
On 24th November, 2023, on ‘Indian Constitution Day’ Department of Political Science organized a guest lecture by Prof. Shyam Mohan Aggarwal, Department of Political Science, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
On 26th October, 2023 National Service Scheme organized lecture to raise awareness concerning cancer. Dr. Nirmala Mahaveer, Senior Medical Officer and Dr. Avinash, Department of Oncology, Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital delivered an informative talk to the college students.
On 11th October, 2023 a Certificate program was initiated by ICT Academy. Well known trainer, Mrs. Bhakti Thakkar trained the students on Commerce, E-Commerce, Soft Skills, Team Building and Communication Skills .
A convocation-ceremony was held on 29th September, 2023 and the Relationship Manager, ICT Academy, Mr. Avi Sharma motivated and complemented the students who completed the training.
On 28th August, 2023, an orientation programme for newly enrolled students in various graduate and postgraduate courses for the session 2023-24 was organized. Ms. Shweta Chawla Chopra, the Chairman of ASSOCHAM, Women’s Wing, was the Chief Guest for the program.
From 13th March to 1st April, 2023, a student Cyber Security training was organized to make students aware about cyber threats.
From 17th to 21st January, 2023, a 5 Day Workshop 'Design your Future' was organized, for final year students of all streams. Various Experts from diverse field shared their practical and hands on experiences in the Service Industry.
On 20th December, 2022, A one day Peer Educator Training Workshop based on the ideology “An educated mind can teach many” was organized. Smt. Garima Bhati, Assistant Director (Youth Affairs), Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society graced the event as the Chief Guest.

On 18th October, 2022, Innovation and Incubation Cell, organized a workshop on “Entrepreneurship & Innovation as Career Opportunity,” to inculcate the entrepreneurial skills in potential entrepreneurs.
On 17th October, 2022, Innovation and Incubation Cell, organized a workshop on “Problem Solving and Ideation” to invoke the skills of problem solving, reasoning and logical interpretation of day-to-day subject matters.
On 24th September, 2022 Training & Placement Cell, organized a workshop on “The Scope of Digital Marketing &Tally” to impute the importance of learning digital skills. The workshop was moderated by Shri Krishnan Chaudhary, M.D. Digital Computer Classes.
On 10th August 2022, a self learning initiative for higher education students to build their foundational IT skills online was organized for BBA and BCA students.
On 9th July, 2022, a Placement Drive in collaboration with Hyrefox consultants was organized, which witnessed an active participation of 86 students. The drive reflected on a fair idea of career prospects for students.
n 10th-11th February, 2023, a two day National Seminar was organized on the theme “Sustainable India@: 75 Application of Artificial Intelligence in Multidisciplinary Field” sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). The seminar put forward the collective insight from a number of leading expert contributors to highlight the significant opportunities, realistic assessment of impact, challenges and potential research agenda posed by the rapid emergence of AI within a number of domains in the disciplines of Science & Technology, Commerce & Management and Humanities & Social Science. The seminar brought about 4 Eminent Guests, 12 Keynote Speakers and more than 400 participants from different professional fields and regions of the country. Prof. Rajeev Jain (Vice- Chancellor, UOR), Prof. Naresh Dadhich (Ex- Vice- Chancellor), Dr. Mahendra Khadgawat (I.A.S.), Prof. T.S.S.K. Patro (Principal Scientist, Andra Pradesh), Prof. Sanjay Bhardwaj (Professor and Former Chairperson, JNU, New Delhi) were the distinguished guests present during the seminar.
On 30th July, 2022, A power seminar in collaboration with ICT Academy on the topic "Setting Your Goals & Priorities” was organized. Students got to learn valuable lessons about the crucial importance of time management through the seminar.
On 31th January 2023, Dr. Tamegh Panwar, Assistant Professor (History and Culture Department) University of Rajasthan , delivered a guest lecture on “Rock art of Hadoti Region, Rajasthan”

On 23th July 2022, Dr. Praveen Mohil, Associate Professor (Botany), University of Rajasthan, enlightened the students on topic “Outcome of M.Sc. Botany”. Mr. Mayank Naug, Senior Software Developer in Microsoft, demonstrated about the “Different Programming Error and Provide Best Solution”.
On 22th July 2022,Dr. Alka Kataria , Assistant Professor (Environmental Science), IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur delivered a lecture on “Organic Farming.” Mr. Kapil Dixit, Career Counselor and Coach enlightened the students about the career “Opportunities after BBA, BCA & B.Com.”
On 21th July 2022, Dr. Tarun Patodia, Assistant Professor (Physics), Suresh GyanVihar University, Jaipur, enlightened the students on the topic “Career Prospects for B.Sc. Graduates” and Dr. Niti Joshi, Senior Service Delivery Leader, American Express, Gurgaon, shared her knowledge about careers in “Data Analytics and Big Data”.
On 20th July 2022, A guest lecture was conducted on “Career Opportunities in Humanities and Social Sciences” by Dr. Vikram Singh Amrawat, Assistant Professor, Gujarat Vidyapeeth , Ahmedabad .
On 19th July 2022, Dr. Zenamabibi Kadri, Assistant Professor, Department of History and Culture , Gujarat Vidyapeeth, Ahmedabad, discussed “ Role of Primary Sources in Different Aspects of Research Work”. Dr. Prerna Jain, Associate Professor, Jaipuria Institute of Management, enlightened the students on the topic “ Motivational Talk”.
On 18th July 2022 Dr. Anupama Chaturvedi, Assistant Professor, Government Yoga and Neuropathy, Kota delivered a lecture on “Basic Requirements of Food and Nutrition specially for Women”. Dr. Ravindra Kumar, Associate Professor, Vivekanand Global University, Jaipur, enlightened the students on the topic “Numerical Analysis Applications in LPP.”
On 16th July 2022, eminent speaker Mrs. Vimla Choudhary gave lecture on“the Environmental Issues with Emphasis on Global Warming” while Mr. Hemendra Sharma, Assistant Professor, University of Engineering and Technology, Roorkee, provided knowledge to the students on “Website Development and Programming Languages”.
On 15th July 2022, Kumari Pranjali Yerikar, Vivekanand Kendra Rajasthan Prant Sangthak enlightened the student about the “Philosophy and Teaching of Swami Vivekanand”. An informative talk was delivered by Dr. Utkarsh Kaushik, Associate Professor, Poddar International College, Jaipur on “Impact of Lockdown on Environment”.
On 13th July 2022, Dr. Rachna Singh, HOD (Sanskrit) Bhawani Niketan Girls P.G. College, Jaipur, delivered a lecture on “Sanskrit Bhasha ka Vikas Evam Mahatva”
On 12th July 2022, Mrs. Kiran Rawat, Social Activist, Founder President of Mission Kiran, NGO and Renu Arora, Associate Professor (Education) delivered Lecture on “Women Empowerment and Personality Development respectively.
On 11th July 2022, Dr. C.S. Jaiman, Asstt. Professor, a distinguished faculty for Preparing Students for competitive examinations, delivered a lecture on “Indian Monsoon”. Mr. Tarachand Sharma a Senior Artist, delivered a virtual lecture on “Digital Technology”.
On 26th April, 2022, the “Institution Innovation Council” organised a virtual National Workshop on “Intellectual Property Rights” (Patents, Designs, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Geographical Indications) under National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM). The Resource Person of the event was Dr. Manoj K Balan, NIPAM Officer and Examiner of Patents & Designs, Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, IPO Delhi.
From 20th to 21st January, 2022, The Training and Placement Cell organised a two Day National Workshop on “Concepts to Clarity”. The foremost speakers of the session were Mr. Swaroop Sahu and Mr. Akshay Mattu, Corporate Trainer, Marico, Mumbai and on the second day, Dr. Vidisha Vyas, Associate Professor, IILM University, Gurgaon, addressed the students on the topic “Industry 4.0: Techniques and skills of future of work”. The Workshop provided the students in-depth knowledge about resume writing and various aspects of communication skills that can create a better fit in a company’s culture.
On 12th December, 2021, a workshop on Batik Print and Tie and Dye was organised by the Department of Drawing & Painting. Ms. Chandni Gupta ,Pidilite Company trained the girls to tie different types of threads on fabric and explained the different skills to colour them.
On 9th July, 2021, a National Workshop was organised on “NAAC Accreditation Framework- 2021” by IQAC. Prof H.K. Anatha Subba Rao, the Former Head and Consultant, NAAC Bengaluru ,highlighted the essential points, rules, procedures and benefits of accreditation for Higher Educational Institutions.

The conference brought 16 subject experts together from Australia, Singapore, Canada, who shared their intense experiences and views on attaining sustainable development. These experts were from various National and International universities and Corporate houses. The conference was attended by approximately 300 participants and 50 research papers were presented.

A Two Day Multidisciplinary International Conference was organized at S .S Jain Subodh Girls P.G College , Sanganer, from 19-20 March , 2021,
During these two days , 4 technical sessions were held. The keynote speakers were Professor Vishnu Pareek( Dean of Curtin University ,Western Australia) , Professor Hemant Sagwan (Seneca College, Toronto Canada ) , Dr Samuel Patro (Principal Scientist and Head Agricultural Research Station,Vizianagaram) ,
Professor Sanjay Kumar Bhardwa (Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi) ,
Professor Ram Singh Arah (Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur) ,
Dr. Nemichand Golia , ( University of Chandigarh) , Dr. Sanjay Jain (Government College Kishangarh) ,
Anushka Jain from the IIS university, Jaipur was the keynote speaker at the Valedictory Session . 500 participants attended the conference and there were 57 paper presentations.
The conference started with Prayer and was followed by the introduction of the College by the Principal,Dr. Rita Jain. The Convenor of the College , Dr. Rakesh Hirawat welcomed everyone.
A brief description of all the sessions to be held in the conference was given by the Coordinator ,Dr. Anita Sharma. Research papers were presented by the participants on the related subjects and at the end of each technical session.These papers were analyzed and evaluated by the speakers. Best Paper was selected from each session for the Award. The Convenor of the College Dr . Rakesh Hirawat announced the Best Papers which are as follows.:

A seminar on Self Defence was organised by the NSS. Important techniques for self defence were taught to the students.
A seminar on “cloud computing” was organised by BCA department.Dr Meenu Dave, Principal, Jaganath Institute of Technology gave valuable tips to the students.
Home Science Department organised a four day Workshop under the guidance of Mr V.K Sharma, Indian food production and Training Institute, Rudyan (Aligarh).The students were given certificate for diploma course in Food Preservation.
For promoting healthy life style, Sanskriti Yuva Sansthan and World Trade Park, hosted a one day workshop fitness workshop “Trade – O Thon “for the students. Selected students participated in Jaipur Marathon.
A one day seminar was organised with the collaboration of Navjeevan Society, MFJCF and AU Small Finance Bank,for faculty and students to make them aware and motivate them for donating body organs, tissues for needy patients.
On 1st February, a one day workshop was organised by Training and Placement cell in collaboration with Shivam Consultancy for Final year students.
One day workshop was organised by Science Club on “Scientific explanation of Myths and Miracles” on 5th December. The event was graced by Mr. Satish Gupta, Secretary, Rajasthan Vigyan Society.
On 17th November, to empower the students with plethora of knowledge, DUCAT Company conducted a one day Workshop on PHP data base connectivity and digital marketing.
On 16th November, a workshop was organised by Niveshak Darbar, an investor awareness programme to generate awareness among students on current scenario of Indian economy and smart investor method.
On 8th October, a one day workshop on Python language was organised for BCA students in collaboration with DUCAT computer training company, Noida. Students benefitted with language coding, use of language in CUI development, game design etc.
On 9th February 2021, S. S. Jain Subodh Girls P. G. College, Sanganer organised an International Virtual Workshop on "Holding our fires: Art of Responsible Conversation"
Resourse person of the workshop Prof. Vishnu Pareek (Dean of Engineering at Curtin University, Western Australia) and Prof. Ramesh k Arora (Chairman Management Development Academy, Jaipur) focussed on effective communication and conversational abilities of leaders and their impact on public.
Dr. Rita Jain , Principal, S. S. Jain Subodh Girls P. G. College, Sanganer emphasised on the importance of communication skills.

Department of home science has conducted workshop on “food preservation” for the student of home science in our college (1st February to 4th Feb 2021).Mr Vinod Kumar Sharma of Indian food production and training institute ,Aligarh had covered principal of Food Science , food composition ,processing methods preservation methods , preservation methods with one on one practical teaching . Final year students participated actively in this workshop. The students gained lot of knowledge with expertise regarding different aspects and techniques of food preservation, as it was an optimistic experience for both the students and staff.
On the last day of workshop our college principal Dr. Rita Jain mam applauded & blessed the student with a bright future.
