One day workshop was organized in collaboration with the Krishna Chandra Foundation, aimed at HIV/AIDS prevention among affected women on the occasion of International Women's Day 2024. Principal honored 50 resilient women affected by HIV/AIDS and provided nutritious food to infected women, demonstrating outstanding contribution towards national and social welfare. Mrs. Mona Balani, President of the organization, honored Dr. Rita Jain with a token of appreciation for her exemplary work. The Assistant Director of Youth Affairs at the Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, Mrs. Garima Bhati, also supported the program, which was successfully conducted with the assistance of Mrs. Gajaraj Kanwar.
On 26th February 2024 'Entrepreneurship Club' organized 'one day experimental MBA workshop' for apropos teamwork, leadership, time management, and directions about an innovative thought process. Dr. Sumit Agarwal, Mr. Avinash Dixit, and Mrs. Preeti Gupta from JIMS, Jaipur, trained the students through various case studies and product development tasks.
On 20th December, 2023 a sewing machine demonstration session was undertaken for the B. Design (for Fashions) students by Mr. Anand Pareek from Singer India Limited, Jaipur.They were taught to create different stitches, finishes, embroidery and create various effects on various fabrics. It ended with a question and answer session.
On 26th-27th October 2023, a two-day Workshop was organized by Department of Painting and Brush Club wherein the creation of diverse kinds of decorative items like lamps, shubh-labh, bandanwar, wall hanging etc. was instructed by Mrs. Chandniji through Pidilight company.
On 5th October 2023, UNICEF, Jaipur in association with Red Ribbon Club and Department of Home Science organized a one day peer training workshop on adolescence crucial health issues like HIV AIDS, Hepatitis B and Menstrual hygiene under the direction of Dr. Somya Thakan, Public Health Expert, UNICEF, Jaipur.
On 19th and 20th January, 2024, two days National Seminar was organized on “National Education Policy-Opportunities and Challenges in Higher Education”, sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) to focus on NEP- 2020 and to create a knowledgeable, skillful, socially conscious, and intelligent nation. Chief guest Prof. Dev Swarup, Vice Chancellor, Vishwakarma Skill University, Jaipur, Guest of honor, Prof. G.P. Singh, Nodal officer, NEP committee, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Invited speaker, Prof. Gurudutta P. Japee, Head, Department of Advance Business study and Deputy Director, IQAC, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad were the persons who enlighten the participants. Approximately 50 research papers were presented and there were 400 participants.
On 27th September, 2023 the Department of Computer Science conducted a seminar to provide information on technical courses and scholarship programs of R-CAT by Mr. Yuvraj Udawat and his team members.
On 26th September, 2023 a seminar on "Women's empowerment, financial skill enhancement motivational and informative literacy” was organized under the banner of Excellence Global Skill, a training and development organization. Mr Manoj Kumar, an experienced corporate trainer emphasized on the importance of savings and ways of enhancing financial literacy.
On 11th December, 2023, Department of Chemistry organized a Guest Lecture on “NMR Spectroscopy” to understand the Importance and applications of Spectroscopy. Speaker Dr. Amit Sharma, Assistant Professor, University of Rajasthan very well explained the basics and principles of NMR Spectroscopy.
On 6th September, 2023 ‘The Literature Club' organized a guest lecture on "Multiple Career options in English Language and Literature" for the holistic development of the students. The keynote speaker, Mr. Nirveg Sharma, a well-known coach and soft skills trainer, provided a comprehensive knowledge on career opportunities to the students.
From 4th to 9th December, 2023 on ‘World Human Rights Day’ a lecture was organized by National Service Scheme (NSS) to create awareness on sexual abuse.

On 11th October, 2023 a Certificate program was initiated by ICT Academy. Well known trainer, Mrs. Bhakti Thakkar trained the students on Commerce, E-Commerce, Soft Skills, Team Building and Communication Skills .
A convocation-ceremony was held on 29th September, 2023 and the Relationship Manager, ICT Academy, Mr. Avi Sharma motivated and complemented the students who completed the training.

On 26th April, 2022, the “Institution Innovation Council” organised a virtual National Workshop on “Intellectual Property Rights” (Patents, Designs, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Geographical Indications) under National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM). The Resource Person of the event was Dr. Manoj K Balan, NIPAM Officer and Examiner of Patents & Designs, Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, IPO Delhi.
From 20th to 21st January, 2022, The Training and Placement Cell organised a two Day National Workshop on “Concepts to Clarity”. The foremost speakers of the session were Mr. Swaroop Sahu and Mr. Akshay Mattu, Corporate Trainer, Marico, Mumbai and on the second day, Dr. Vidisha Vyas, Associate Professor, IILM University, Gurgaon, addressed the students on the topic “Industry 4.0: Techniques and skills of future of work”. The Workshop provided the students in-depth knowledge about resume writing and various aspects of communication skills that can create a better fit in a company’s culture.
On 12th December, 2021, a workshop on Batik Print and Tie and Dye was organised by the Department of Drawing & Painting. Ms. Chandni Gupta ,Pidilite Company trained the girls to tie different types of threads on fabric and explained the different skills to colour them.
On 9th July, 2021, a National Workshop was organised on “NAAC Accreditation Framework- 2021” by IQAC. Prof H.K. Anatha Subba Rao, the Former Head and Consultant, NAAC Bengaluru ,highlighted the essential points, rules, procedures and benefits of accreditation for Higher Educational Institutions.

These experts were from various National and International universities and Corporate houses. The conference was attended by approximately 300 participants and 50 research papers were presented.

The conference started with Prayer and was followed by the introduction of the College by the Principal,Dr. Rita Jain. The Convenor of the College , Dr. Rakesh Hirawat welcomed everyone.
A brief description of all the sessions to be held in the conference was given by the Coordinator ,Dr. Anita Sharma. Research papers were presented by the participants on the related subjects and at the end of each technical session.These papers were analyzed and evaluated by the speakers. For promoting healthy life style, Sanskriti Yuva Sansthan and World Trade Park, hosted a one day workshop fitness workshop “Trade – O Thon “for the students. Selected students participated in Jaipur Marathon.
A one day seminar was organised with the collaboration of Navjeevan Society, MFJCF and AU Small Finance Bank,for faculty and students to make them aware and motivate them for donating body organs, tissues for needy patients.

On 16th November, a workshop was organised by Niveshak Darbar, an investor awareness programme to generate awareness among students on current scenario of Indian economy and smart investor method.
On 8th October, a one day workshop on Python language was organised for BCA students in collaboration with DUCAT computer training company, Noida. Students benefitted with language coding, use of language in CUI development, game design etc.

Department of home science has conducted workshop on “food preservation” for the student of home science in our college (1st February to 4th Feb 2021).Mr Vinod Kumar Sharma of Indian food production and training institute ,Aligarh had covered principal of Food Science , food composition ,processing methods preservation methods , preservation methods with one on one practical teaching . Final year students participated actively in this workshop. The students gained lot of knowledge with expertise regarding different aspects and techniques of food preservation, as it was an optimistic experience for both the students and staff.
On the last day of workshop our college principal Dr. Rita Jain mam applauded & blessed the student with a bright future.
