Chemistry, known as the central science, it is a creative discipline chiefly concerned with atomic and molecular structure and its change.

The department of Chemistry is well established and successfully running UG and PG courses. The department has five well equipped laboratories enriched with all the required apparatuses including fuming chamber, double distribution units, spectrophotometers, polarimeters, conductivity meters, digital pH meters etc. The Department is actively involved in organizing seminars, excursions, exhibitions, presentations and lectures by eminent speakers to ensure overall development of the students.
