On 12th December, 2025, a one-day workshop on food preservation was organized, for the 5th-semester students as part of their Skill Enhancement Course (SEC) curriculum. Mr. Vinod Kumar Sharma, a subject expert from the Indian Food, Production and Training Institute, Rudayan Village, Aligarh, was invited to conduct the workshop from Uttar Pradesh Government, Khadi and Village Industries Board, and promotes self-employment among youth in fruit and vegetable preservation.
