S.S. Jain Subodh Girls P.G. College, Sanganer, successfully concluded its three-day Student Transformation Session from 16th July - 18th July, 2026 organised by Department of Commerce and Management. The program aimed at empowering students with essential life skills, career guidance, and professional development.

The sessions were conducted by renowned motivational speaker, career coach and leadership & communication expert Mr. Ujjwal Nagar, Mr. Hardik and Mr. Abhishek Singh Gautam. They inspired students to embrace change with confidence, develop a positive mindset, and prepare themselves for future academic and professional challenges.

The programme featured three key sessions: "Metamorphosis – School to College," which helped students understand and adapt to the transition into college life; "Profile Building & LinkedIn Masterclass," focusing on creating a strong professional identity and leveraging LinkedIn for career opportunities; and interactive communication games, designed to enhance communication, teamwork, confidence, and leadership skills through practical participation.

Principal Dr. Rita Jain appreciated the initiative and emphasized the importance of holistic personality development alongside academic excellence. The event reaffirmed the college's commitment to nurturing confident, skilled, and future-ready professionals.
