Educational Visit to SRN International School

On date 2nd September 2026, the Department of Community Applied Science (Home Science), Subodh Girls’ College, organised an educational visit to SRN International School. As part of their practical learning, students designed and developed innovative educational projects focusing on motor skills, emotional development, language development, and cognitive development among school children.
The activities were conducted through engaging methods such as puppet shows, role play, storytelling, and interactive learning activities, making the learning experience creative and child-centred.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Poonam Panghal, students gained valuable hands-on experience in planning, organising, executing, and evaluating educational activities. The practical experience enhanced their creativity, confidence, communication skills, and professional understanding of child-centred education.
