The hostel farewell function titled “Yaadein – Until We Meet Again” was organized with great zeal and heartfelt sentiments to bid adieu to the final-year residents of the hostel. The event served as a nostalgic celebration, reflecting the cherished memories, friendships and experiences shared by the outgoing students during their stay.

The ceremony commenced with the auspicious ritual of lamp lighting, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the ushering in of knowledge and wisdom. This sacred beginning was graced by the esteemed presence of Convener sir Shri Sanjeev Kothari Sir and Principal Dr. Rita Jain Ma'am whose encouraging words and dignified presence added profound meaning to the occasion.

A warm and traditional welcome was extended to the final year students, who were received amidst the rhythmic beats of the dhol. As a gesture of affection and respect, juniors personally tied decorative wristbands on their seniors, symbolizing bonds of goodwill and everlasting connection.

The cultural segment of the event showcased an impressive lineup of performances by the junior students, including dance, music, and expressive acts, all of which added vibrancy and emotional depth to the evening. A highlight of the evening was the live band performance, which captivated the audience with its soulful renditions and musical brilliance.

As part of the celebration deserving students were recognized for their contributions and presence in the hostel community. The following awards were presented:

Best Hosteller Award: Ms. Anisha – in recognition of her exemplary conduct, active participation and positive influence in the hostel environment.

Ms. Farewell 2025: Ms. Akansha:- for her overall personality, charm, and impact among peers.

First Runner-up: Ms. Nandini

Second Runner-up: Ms. Yashoda

Each awardee was felicitated with a sash and crown, signifying their achievements and serving as a memorable token of appreciation.

To express their gratitude and affection, the juniors prepared personalized gift hampers for their seniors, reflecting thoughtful memories and meaningful gestures.

The evening concluded on a joyous note with a DJ night, where students celebrated their journey together with music, dance and high spirits, creating lasting memories.
