Department of EVS and Department of Botany  of S.S. Jain Subodh Girls PG College Sanagner Jaipur organized 

 "A Guest lecture and Exhibition on Fossils" 

on 28th February , Monday,  to celebrate National Science Day 2022 in collaboration with Geological Survey of India.  
Event included 2 activities ,
A guest Lecture and 
An Exhibition . 

Lecture was on "Fossils ,their type and significance " it was a very informative and interactive session . The Keynote Speaker for the session was Mr. Krishna Kumar , Senior Geologist,  from GSI Jaipur.         College Principal Dr. Reeta Jain Ma’am  welcomed our honorable guest  with a welcome speech and a Memento.

Exhibition was on Fossils collected from different areas of Rajasthan and Gujrat . Exhibition on Fossils was a new  interesting aspect for students to learn about history of Earth. 

The event was coordinated by Mrs Namrata Jadaun & Ms. Shivangi Tamboli .   Event was a great initiative taken by Department of EVS and Botany and was successful completed  with the help of faculties of Department of Botany ,  volunteers ????‍?? and Ranger Students of the college.
